Dear friends and family,
I will serve my final transfer in Teays Valley, yes that
will be 7 and 1/2 months:) and I will be staying with Sister Tippetts as well,
3 transfers together:) We had a pretty good last week and have been seeing some
cool things lately!:)
First off, I cannot believe it is already June!! Summer,
wooohooo! Being a missionary in the summer is different and I love it. A lot
more families are home and people are up later and things are just more fun.
Yes hotter but that is no big deal. We were able to do a lot of walking this
past week, which is not something that I have done much on my mission because a
lot of the areas in this mission do not have sidewalks or people close enough
to walk from place to place. Hurricane is a little more different and there are
a lot more housing development and sidewalks in which we can walk around:)
I have been reflecting on my patriarchal blessing a lot
lately and have really realized the importance of it lately. If you do not have
one and can get one I would encourage you to do so and for those of you that
have one ready it read it often! It really is a road map for your life and can
be a great motivation too! I hope you all are doing well and that life is
great! Sorry my email is shorter this week but we have a busy p-day planned!:)
